Green Mountain Boxwood is a reliable shrub with dark green leaves and excellent cold hardiness. It grows faster than Dwarf English Boxwood and reaches 3- to 6-feet in height with a 3-foot spread. Green Mountain Boxwood is evergreen and deer tolerant - it needs little maintenance.  It can be planted 2- to 3-feet apart to create a classic hedge.
